By contracting Brilliant Shine Detailing (“We”, “Us”, “Company”), you (“You”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Brilliant Shine Detailing does NOT charge any fees for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. You are free to cancel or reschedule your detailing appointment up until the scheduled start time of Our appointment. Brilliant Shine Detailing understands that life happens.

Vehicle & Location Accessibility

Brilliant Shine Detailing requires the vehicle scheduled to be detailed to be available and unlocked at the scheduled appointment time. Some newer vehicles may require Brilliant Shine Detailing to take possession of the vehicle key and/or key-fob to ensure the vehicle stays unlocked. The vehicle(s) keys and/or key-fobs will be returned at the end of the detailing appointment.

Brilliant Shine Detailing brings our own water and electricity. No hook ups are required at the location of the detailing appointment.

Brilliant Shine Detailing can operate within home driveways, on residential streets, or in parking lots. If within a parking lot, please ensure there is at least one parking spot on either side of the vehicle being detailed.

Payment

Brilliant Shine Detailing does not require ANY payment or deposit for a service until that service has been completed. If You will be unavailable at the estimated end time of the detailing appointment, early payment can be arranged.

Brilliant Shine Detailing currently accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Debit or Credit Card, Venmo, and Zelle.

Brilliant Shine Detailing does not charge ANY additional fee for Debit Card, Credit Card, or Venmo payment.

Image Permission

Brilliant Shine Detailing takes “before and after” photos of every vehicle We detail for Our records. By scheduling Our detailing services, You give Brilliant Shine Detailing permission to use these images for marketing purposes. If You do not want these images used for marketing purposes, please contact anthony@brilliantshinedetailing.com.
